Happy 2024 Diary Listeners!!!
This Entry is exactly what the title asserts: I talk about what I'm resolving to do at the start of this year (as cliche as it is).
Please help keep me accountable and I will be praying for us all as we usher in another year. I'll be grateful for each moment I get, here, on Earth, in this life. As always, I'm grateful for all of you who take the time to listen and share with me and this podcast.

[00:00:04] Happy Tuesday too.
[00:00:06] It's the second of January.
[00:00:08] So you've had a full day of this new year, 2024 under your belts.
[00:00:14] I'm calling this diary entry, which will be a personal entry with me.
[00:00:18] So if you were hoping to catch somebody else this week, you can stop listening now.
[00:01:30] resolve was to say no more. That was because I'm codependent and I tend to want to do a lot more than I actually can do and so I tend to get myself
[00:01:38] involved in things that really are none of figure out what I should do.
[00:04:08] It stopped a lot of things that I don't really think I knew how to manage or handle. And I was able to remain honest with people.
[00:04:13] But that's not, that's not where I'm at now.
[00:04:17] Like I said, I've been thinking about how to, well, I have my connection with God now
[00:04:25] and that's pivotal. So for the next month, and this is pretty radical, I am going to be going carnivore. Pure carnivore, just meat and water, like a crap ton of water. I'm also going pretty hardcore about the seasoning.
[00:05:41] Just Celtic sea salt is what I'm putting on things. sends reinforcements to areas of your body that deeply need change and need to be effective. And it will fix things in order to preserve. So I know I've mentioned it before on the show, how I have it, because it could be malignant. It could be cancer and it's not. It's benign, but it is progressive and it can create other issues like osteoarthritis
[00:08:21] and things like that.
[00:08:24] So this diet has many just makes it very simple. And I know it's radical to a lot of people. I understand that. Um, and I, I, I have heard already objections come about it. Yeah. You have to eat, you have to eat vegetables.

[00:09:45] Well, animals this quest. So animals get those vitamins. There's like ick going around, but it's not that I'm sick. I just feel like there's a... It could be just me right now. It's a hard segue, but...
[00:12:21] I feel like there's a little bit more like mucus in my body,
[00:12:24] and maybe it's...
[00:12:25] Maybe it is just me me tell you guys, this past four years since 2020, I was really in a good space in 2020 with my body. I'd lost a lot of weight. I was starting to lose a little time that I really had to. And, you know, whoever's listening, if, you know, if you're still listening, you probably enjoy these personal insights of mine. So you probably have been listening to the show for a while.
[00:16:20] And you know, because you were there, you listen to figure out how to function with that person and grow. So that was something that rocked me on top of everything else that we all know went down. And then I had to heal.
[00:16:24] I had to come back to my profession
[00:16:26] in a way that I guess are symbols. I prefer not to do symbols honestly. Symbols, you know, they morph over time and they can mean a lot of things to a lot of different kinds of people and you better be sure with a symbol. You better be sure with a
[00:17:44] name. You better be sure with a phrase. You better and it's kind of cool too. I've only been doing it a day. This literally started midnight on New Year's Day. I did a complete 180. I kind of came up with this goal in the beginning of December and I was understand that like if you come into somebody's home and you break bread that certain things need to be exercised and respected You know food is just it's just it's our way to connect and share with each other and
[00:20:21] It's happy inducing, you know because when people
[00:21:24] stuff I should never eat. I was eating very quick food, rural farm sandwiches, like breakfast sandwiches and shit, like not good for me things at all. I don't
[00:21:30] even know where they get their source materials from, like it was dumb.
[00:21:34] But I was just doing it because in a big way I kind of wanted to enjoy myself. I
[00:21:43] wanted to get through the season. There's so much more going on in the season than I would say write your representatives today if you're in Maryland and make sure that you get your voice heard and that they know that you care and that you are Upset about something or you want something or you like something. I mean, I'm sure they don't get that very often, but you know like
[00:23:01] Yeah, if you think they're doing a good job, I'm sure they'd like to hear that that might be nice
[00:24:06] about something like that. I try not to be a dick about it anymore and I try not to take it to the public square if a resolution can be had. I really try to give everyone the
[00:24:14] most amount of opportunity to rectify the situation before I bring it to everyone's
[00:24:20] public attention to rein in on at this stage has made me because I find that very rare in this world. Uh, and I, and I plan on continuing that. So yeah, I have a podcast, you guys are listening.
[00:25:43] So hopefully if you like that idea, you microneedling, light therapy, but it doesn't stop there everyone. Like it's, he's, he's a wealth of knowledge and I welcome all of you to meet him, go talk
[00:27:06] to him, reach out to him. drinking all that. But eating just me with some some Celtic sea salt makes you extremely thirsty. Now I haven't mastered the bathroom situation yet. Like I'm hoping my body will regulate to this much water intake and that, you know, after it has flushed everything out and I'm
[00:29:27] that time, I do think that the carbs that I was eating were being used effectively and
[00:29:34] I was burning far more than I was intaking and so I was losing weight and I was reshaping it into muscle and I haven't been exercising as much so and visited a home recently that was for sale. It was in a state sale and I think an added reason why my body is a little wigging out is because it was full of mold and water damage and this place is
[00:32:09] of mold. I'm allergic to penicillin so I cannot I cannot tolerate mold spores. I mean most people shouldn't but their bodies don't have like the immediate reaction mine does so I
[00:32:15] might be still kind of clearing my system of that that was this past Friday so yeah
[00:32:24] and there was a couple moments they have like, uh,
[00:33:42] how are they called? But what happens is, is that just more and more and more mucus ends up being a result. I think it's something like that. I'm not a scientist nor a medical professional, so don't fully listen to me. But this trick works. And this is one that I got during when I, when COVID land opened back up again and people
[00:35:03] were starting to travel and open up. little hits to each side of your nostrils and you can feel it. I'm telling you, I woke up and I felt like awful. And then I was like, Oh, I have that nasal spray. You just spray it up your nose. And like instantly I could feel like the war inside my face happening.
[00:36:20] That, that like, you know, when you put peroxide on something,
[00:36:24] like you can see it happening and feel it is. And kind of working my nasal passages and my throatal area and just kind of
[00:37:44] cleansing it with that povidone iodine, uh,
[00:38:44] sick in the times that masks weren't involved. I don't, I don't validate the mask. The mask, I don't think work at all. Personally, the literature is out. The
[00:38:51] people have confessed and doesn't look like the masking does shit. If it makes
[00:39:00] feel better, bravo. Go ahead. If you think that's what it was called omicron omicron the transformer of the covid virus that's what was rampant the super spreader so i didn't get it uh so carnivore is my resolution
[00:40:21] i'm gonna do it for a month i a horrible person or that I'm gross, but I did not look good. And that's at least as far as I can tell the reality of the situation. So better days ahead.
[00:41:44] The other resolve that I want to get tattooed, please hit me up. But I am if I do not get busy, I not willing to commit, then I will be doing it. I might even be doing it by myself, but I want to do it. So, Baltimore Tattoo Convention is an aim. It's not a certainty because I haven't heard back from them with an application. So, I guess,
[00:44:20] prayer is there that I get to do that, hopefully. I already have a new car. She's beautiful, she's awesome. Her name is Ash, as we know. So I'm gonna be taking Ash with me and we're gonna be trekking across country together. And I'm looking forward to it. I'm looking forward to seeing the country. I'm looking forward to the adventure of it.
[00:45:40] I'm looking forward to the books,
[00:45:42] the audio books that I will listen to,
[00:45:45] the meditation that I will really excited about it. I would really like to get to Montana this year. I met wonderful people from Montana at the Paradise Tattoo Gathering, and I'd like to work there. They're close to where my cousin lives in Helena, and I just heard magnificent things about Montana.
[00:48:23] I got a little further with my family
[00:48:25] about possibly doing like, Whoa, you know, we couldn't do it during Christmas. And I said, You can't get to Montana and Christmas. I mean don't so And I don't guys I don't know how long this carnivore thing is gonna go if I really enjoy this month I'm gonna keep it going. I'm really not gonna stop I think that the two things that I have entertained if ever I feel like I need it or
[00:51:03] that I want to try it in
[00:51:06] reintroducing it would be some brocco latini and Uh, and it was great. It was chill. It was great. Um, looking forward to everything. I really hope that everybody else had a fantastic holiday season. I really, I really hope that everyone has some awesome things planned for 2024.

[00:52:27] bit more. whatever you want. And it could be a matter that nothing changes, but you really have the power to make things change if you want to and to incite change in your life. Change the dynamic, spice it up, try different things,. Aside from all of this, there's been some background stuff, but whatever it's been, it's been fruitful already, that it remains fruitful for throughout 2024, and that you set some goals
